Curerite
At Curerite, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for purchases made in India and abroad.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund:
The product must be purchased from shopcurerite.com or an authorized Curerite seller.
The product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
Return request must be raised within:
15 days of delivery (India)
21 days of delivery (International orders)
A valid order number or invoice is required.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
Clear photos or videos of the product
Outer packaging images
Order details
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Change of Mind Returns (India Only)
Due to the nature of nutraceutical and wellness products:
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for sealed and unused products.
Request must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
International orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns because of customs and regulatory limitations.
4. Refund Processing
After the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. International Orders
For customers outside India:
Return requests must be initiated via email.
Return shipping costs are generally customer-borne, unless the error is from our side.
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable.
Replacement shipping (if applicable) may require additional charges.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund:

Order number
Reason for return
Photos/videos (if applicable)
Wait for return authorization and instructions.
Ship the product securely in original packaging.
Retain tracking details until resolution.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products
Products without original seal or packaging
Free samples, promotional items, or gifts
Items requested after the return window
